摘  要:通过对比纯电动汽车与增程式电动汽车(EREV)整车架构,分析纯电动车改制EREV骡子车的可行性。利用现有车型完成EREV骡子车改制,不仅可以节省开发成本,还可以加快新产品升级换代。统筹考虑两种车型的差异性,确定该车型骡子车研制方案。文章基于公司某款EREV骡子车,阐述了样车总布置分析、复合动力系统设计、样车控制器兼容与软件开发、白车身开发等主要改制内容,从车身强度控制方法、车身精度控制方法、整车气密性控制方法、悬架系统改制方法、外饰件改制方法、仪表台管梁改制方法,详细说明了创新方法。By comparing the whole vehicle architecture of pure electric vehicle and extended range electric vehicle(EREV),the feasibility of transforming pure electric vehicle into EREV mule car is analyzed.It is lower cost source and shorter updated time when using existing models to EREV mule car.Taking into account the differences between the two vehicle models,determine the development plan for the mule cart of this model.Based on a EREV mule car,this paper expounds the main reform contents such as the general layout analysis of the prototype car,the design of the compound power system,the compatibility of the prototype car controller and the software development,and the development of the body-in-white etc.From the body strength control method,body precision control method,vehicle airtightness control method,suspension system modification method,exterior decoration parts modification method,instrument table tube beam modification method,the application of innovative methods is described in detail.
