摘　　要：文章聚焦于新能源商用车开发阶段的关门声品质优化。采用理论分析与实验研究相结合的方法,首先深入剖析关门声产生机理,探究车门与车身碰撞引发振动及声波传播的复杂过程,明确各部件及车内空腔对声音特性的影响机制;接着运用主观评价与客观评价相融合的方式评估关门声,主观评价借助专业及普通人员听觉感受打分,客观评价依靠测量声压级、频谱等物理参数;最后通过增加车门钣金阻尼垫、车门锁缓冲块硬度变软、车门密封条变更为双泡管结构等手段,显著改善关门声品质。该研究成果为新能源商用车新车型开发提供了极具价值的指导,有助于推动行业在车辆声学品质方面的进步,提升产品市场竞争力与用户满意度。This research focuses on the optimization of door closing sound quality during the development phase of the new energy commercial vehicles.By combining theoretical analysis with experimental research,it first deeply analyzes the generation mechanism of door closing sound.It explores the complex processes of vibration caused by the collision between the door and the vehicle body and propagation of sound waves,and clarifies the influence mechanisms of various components and the vehicle interior cavity on sound characteristics.Then it evaluates the door closing sound by integrating subjective and objective evaluation methods.The subjective evaluation involves scoring based on the auditory sensations of professional and ordinary personnel,while the objective evaluation relies on measuring physical parameters such as sound pressure level and frequency spectrum.Through measures such as adding damping pads to the sheet metal,softening the hardness of the door lock buffer block,and changing the door seal strip to a double-bubble tube structure,the door closing sound quality has been significantly improved.The research results provide highly valuable guidance for the development of new models of new energy commercial vehicles,and help to promote the progress of the industry in the quality of vehicle acoustics,and improve the competitiveness of the product market and user satisfaction.
