摘 要:为解决发动机在低转速工况下,液压相位器存在的调节速度低和调节噪音问题,文章对相位器的结构和调节机理进行了分析。低转速工况下机油压力低、供油量少,叠加凸轮轴交变扭矩的影响,相位器在调节过程中产生负压回调现象,导致相位器性能降低。液压相位器在外侧增加储油腔的方案,将相位器排出的机油进行收集,当内部油腔内产生负压时,机油通过单向阀对油腔进行补油。相同测试条件下,改善方案在低转速调速性能提升30%~50%,调节噪音明显降低,可以更好的满足发动机低速性能需求。To solve the problems of low adjustment speed and adjustment noise of hydraulic phase shifter in low-speed operating conditions of the engine,this article analyzes the structure and adjustment mechanism of the phase shifter.Under low-speed operating conditions,the oil pressure is low and the fuel supply is low.Coupled with the influence of the alternating torque of the camshaft,the phase shifter produces negative pressure feedback during the adjustment process,resulting in a decrease in its performance.The scheme of adding an oil storage chamber on the outer side of the hydraulic phase shifter collects the oil discharged from the phase shifter.When negative pressure is generated in the internal oil chamber,the oil is replenished to the oil chamber through a one-way valve.Under the same testing conditions,the improvement plan improves the low-speed speed regulation performance by 30%~50%and significantly reduces the adjustment noise,which can better meet the low-speed performance requirements of the engine.
