摘　　要：首先分析了科研院所病原微生物实验室安全管理现状与存在问题,重点介绍了近几年江苏省农业科学院在病原微生物实验室安全管理方面的探索与实践,包括实验室科学布局、健全实验室管理体系机制、建立信息化监管系统、组建实验室管理人才队伍、建立安全监管激励与约束机制等。针对新形势下病原微生物实验室的监管要求,从经费保障支持、人员管理考核制度标准化、安全培训长效机制等方面对科研院所实验室生物安全管理提出了建议。This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the safety management of pathogenic microorganism laboratory in scientific research institutions firstly.It focuses on the exploration and practice of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences about the safety management of pathogenic microorganism laboratory in recent years,including the scientific layout of the laboratory,the improvement of the laboratory management system mechanism,the establishment of information supervision system,the formation of laboratory management talent team,and the establishment of safety supervision incentive and constraint mechanism.According to the regulatory requirements of pathogenic microorganism laboratories in the new situation,suggestions were put forward from the aspects of funding support.
