摘  要:陆海一体化矢量数据涉及陆域、海域要素繁多,陆海要素语义融合规则复杂,数据处理与制图过程繁琐。为提高陆海数据处理与分幅制图表达的效率,减少人为因素对陆海一体化数据质量的影响,依据基础地理信息数据生产规范要求,探讨工具箱的开发思路和功能设计,基于ArcGIS与Python集成开发数据源预处理、产品生产、数据制图等系列功能模块,实现对陆海一体化矢量数据的快速自动化处理与标准分幅制图出图。并通过对三亚海岸带区域应用实验,分析评价分幅数据处理与制图表达的工作效率,证明工具箱在提高生产效率和成果质量水平上具有显著的效果。The land-sea integrated vector data involves many land and sea elements,the semantic fusion rules of land and sea elements are complex,and the data processing and mapping process is cumbersome.In order to improve the efficiency of land-sea data processing and framing expression,and reduce the impact of human factors on the quality of land-sea integrated data,according to the requirements of basic geographical information data production specifications,we discussed the development ideas and functional design of toolbox.Based on ArcGIS and Python,we developed data pre-processing,production and mapping functions,and realized rapid and automated processing of land-sea integrated vector data and standard framing mapping.Through the application test in Sanya coastal,we analyzed and evaluated the work efficiency of framing data processing and mapping expression.Practice has proved that the toolbox has a significant effect on improving production efficiency and quality of results.
