摘　　要：采用激光粒度分析仪对促进剂MBTS的粒度分布进行测试。结果表明:合适的光学浓度和超声波处理时间均能改善促进剂MBTS样品的分散度,提高粒度测试结果的准确性;当光学浓度为11~20、超声波处理时间为120~180 s时,促进剂MBTS粒度测试结果的重现性更好,准确度更高。The particle size distribution of accelerator MBTS was determined using the laser particle size analyzer.The results showed that the suitable optical concentration and ultrasonic treatment time could improve the dispersion of the accelerator MBTS samples and enhance the accuracy of particle size test results.When the optical concentration was controlled at 11~20 and the ultrasonic treatment time was 120~180 s,the reproducibility and accuracy of particle size test results of the accelerator MBTS were better.
