321例颜面部撕裂伤应用美容缝合法的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的颜面部撕裂伤患者,用美容缝合法对患者进行处理,来观察该缝合方法的疗效情况。方法病例取美容外科2021年6月~2023年6月收治的321例颜面部撕裂伤患者,采用美容缝合法来处理患者的创面,先对创面进行彻底的消毒清洗,然后采用分层缝合的方法,皮下用5~0可吸收线缝线,皮肤用7~0不可吸收线。结果本组病例总有效率达96.3%,极大部分瘢痕细小平整;并发症总发生率为:5.3%;满意度调查为94.7%。结论颜面部撕裂伤患者行美容缝合法,术后效果良好,满意度较高,但治疗费用相对要高一些,患者可根据自身需求进行选择。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cosmetic suture method on patients with head and face lacerations.Methods A total of 321 patients with head and face lacerations admitted to the Department of Cosmetic Surgery from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.The wounds were treated with cosmetic suturing method.First,the wounds were thoroughly disinfected and cleaned,and then layered suturing was used.5~0 absorbable suture was used subcutaneously,and 7~0 non absorbable suture was used on the skin.Results The total effective rate of this group of cases reached 96.3%,with a large portion of scars being small and flat;The total incidence rate of complications is 5.3%;The satisfaction survey is 94.7%.Conclusions Patients with head and face lacerations who undergo cosmetic suturing have good postoperative results and high satisfaction,but the treatment cost is relatively higher.Patients can choose according to their own needs.
