摘 要:目的设计经前鼻孔操作一次性辅助支撑工具,并验证其在鼻内镜手术患者术前常规鼻部查体中的应用。方法一次性辅助支撑工具由手持部和扩张支撑部组成。手持部长度设计为4~5厘米,宽度1~2厘米;扩张支撑部外缘最大外径尺寸成人型2厘米,儿童型1.5厘米;前端外径略小,成人型尺寸1.5厘米,儿童型1厘米。方便抽样法选取上海某三级甲等眼耳鼻喉专科医院,2023年10月~2024年4月耳鼻喉科病房收治的50例双侧慢性鼻窦炎手术患者作为研究对象。采用自身对照设计,将患者一侧鼻腔使用自制的经前鼻孔操作一次性辅助支撑工具行鼻腔检查作为试验组,另一侧鼻腔使用前鼻镜作为对照组。比较两组间鼻腔检查平均完成时间、检查过程中鼻腔的舒适程度和医生、护士及患者的满意度。结果试验组患者鼻腔检查平均完成时间(36.31±1.56)秒明显短于对照组完成时间(61.30±3.10)秒,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=50.85,P<0.001);试验组鼻腔舒适度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.33,P<0.001)。试验组医生、护士及患者对一次性辅助支撑工具的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究设计的经前鼻孔操作一次性辅助支撑工具,可有效减少患者鼻腔检查时间,提高医生工作效率;改善患者就医体验和满意度;同时提高医护的满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective To design a disposable auxiliary support tool for anterior nostril operation and verify its application effect in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods The disposable auxiliary support tool consists of a handheld part and an expanding support part.The length of the handheld part is designed to be 4~5 centimeters,and the width is 1~2 centimeters.The maximum outer diameter size of the expansion support outer edge is 2 centimeters for adult models and 1.5 centimeters for children’s models.The front outer diameter is slightly smaller,with an adult size of 1.5 centimeters and a child size of 1 centimeter.Convenient sampling method was used to select 50 patients with bilateral chronic sinusitis who underwent surgery in Eye&ENT Hospital of Fudan University in Shanghai from October 2023 to April 2024 as the research object.Using a self-control design,one side of the patient's nasal cavity was treated with a self-made disposable auxiliary support tool for anterior nostril operation as the experimental group,while the other side of the nasal cavity was treated with a front nasal endoscope as the control group.The average completion time of nasal examination,the comfort level of the nasal cavity during the examination process,and the satisfaction of doctors,nurses,and patients between two groups were compared.Results The average completion time of nasal examination in the experimental group(36.31±1.56 seconds)was significantly shorter than that in the control group(61.30±3.10 seconds),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=50.85,P<0.001).The nasal comfort in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.33,P<0.001).The satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disposable auxiliary support tool designed in this study can effectively reduce the nasa
