摘 要:为向辣椒杂交种子品种识别、纯度鉴定等工作提供更为高效、可靠的方法,基于辣椒全基因组开发的65对核心SNP标记,通过KASP-SNP技术对辣椒品种辣美11号及其双亲进行基因分型。利用条码在线生成软件将遗传信息转化为二维码,完成了辣美11号及其双亲的种质身份证的构建。利用CaSNP10和CaSNP11两个分子标记检测辣美11号的纯度为98.4%,同时通过对比SSR分子标记以及田间纯度鉴定结果,验证了结果的可靠性。本研究实现了辣椒品种辣美11号的高通量检测,为实现辣椒品种权保护及高通量背景下辣椒的品种纯度鉴定提供了可靠依据。To provide an efficient and reliable method for the germplasm resource identification and purity detection of hybrid seeds of pepper,this study conducted genotyping of the variety Lamei No.11 and its male and female materials using kompetitive allele specific PCR(KASP)technology,which is based on 65 pairs of core single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers developed from the genomes of pepper.The genetic information of Lamei No.11 and its male and female materials were converted into two-dimensional codes by barcode online generating software,and the construction of fingerprints was completed.CaSNP10 and CaSNP11 were used to detect the purity of Lamei No.11 as 98.4%.The purity of pepper variety Lamei No.11 was also detected using simple sequence repeat(SSR)molecular marker and field identification.This study provided a theoretical basis for the protection of pepper variety rights and the identification of pepper variety purity under high-throughput genotyping.
