茄子种质资源表型遗传多样性分析

摘  要:为探究不同来源茄子种质资源的遗传多样性和遗传关系,以引进的30份茄子种质资源为研究对象,对其果形、果色、单果质量等16个主要形态学性状进行变异度分析、主成分分析、相关性分析和聚类分析等遗传多样性多元统计分析。结果表明,30份茄子种质资源的11个质量性状的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数变化范围为0.24~1.36,变异系数为15.73%~46.86%。5个数量性状变异系数在9.86%~19.89%,平均为14.80%;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数在1.68~1.96,平均值为1.86。通过对30份茄子种质资源的16个表型性状进行相关性分析,有12对性状呈极显著正相关,5对性状呈极显著负相关。主成分分析提取前5个主成分的特征值均在1.0以上,5个主成分累积贡献率达80.86%,基本能够反映全部指标的大部分信息。聚类分析在欧氏距离17.5处将30份茄子种质资源聚为4类。研究结果为提高茄子种质资源的利用效率奠定了基础。To explore the genetic diversity and genetic relationships between eggplant germplasm resources from different sources,30 eggplant germplasm resources were introduced in this study,the genetic diversity of 16 main morphological traits,such as fruit shape,fruit color and fruit mass,were analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis,principal component analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the Shannon-Wiener diversity index of 11 quality traits of 30 eggplant germplasm resources ranged from 0.24 to 1.36,the variation coefficient ranged from 15.73%to 46.86%.The coefficient of variation of the five quantitative traits ranged from 9.86%to 19.89%,with an average of 14.80%,and the Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 1.68 to 1.96,with an average of 1.86.The correlation analysis of 16 phenotypic traits of 30 eggplant germplasm resources showed that 12 pairs of traits are extremely significant positive correlation and 5 pairs of traits were extremely significant negative correlation.The eigenvalue of the top five principal components extracted by principal component analysis were all above 1.0,and the cumulative contribution rate of the five components was 80.86%,which could basically reflect most of the information of all indicators.The cluster analysis showed that the 30 eggplant germplasm resources were classified into four categories at the euclidean distance 17.5.The results laid a foundation for improving the utilization efficiency of eggplant germplasm resource.
