摘 要:旨在探究超声波-半仿生法提取瓦尼桑黄子实体多糖的工艺。通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken响应面设计,探究第1、2、3次提取液pH、料液比、提取时间、提取温度等6个因素对瓦尼桑黄子实体多糖提取量的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为,第1次提取液pH为3,第2次提取液pH为10,第3次提取液pH为9,料液比1∶46 g·mL^(-1),提取时间30 min,在此条件下桑黄子实体多糖提取量为12.69 mg·g^(-1),与预测值12.90 mg·g^(-1)接近,相对误差为1.63%。该研究筛选出的提取工艺高效节能,可作为瓦尼桑黄多糖高效提取的方法,研究结果为桑黄多糖的高效提取提供了参考依据。In order to investigate the process of ultrasonic-semi-mimetic extraction of polysaccharides from Sanghuangporus vaninii,a multifaceted investigative approach was employed,encompassing a single-factor test and a Box-Behnken response surface design,to thoroughly examine the impact of six key factors on the extraction of polysaccharides from the fruiting bodies of Sanghuangporus vaninii.These factors include pH,material-liquid ratio,extraction time,and extraction temperature.The results demonstrated that the optimal extraction process conditions were pH of the first extraction solution=3,pH of the second extraction solution=10,pH of the third extraction solution=9,a material-liquid ratio of 1∶46 g·mL^(-1),and an extraction time of 30 min.These conditions yielded an extracted amount of polysaccharide from Sanghuangporus vaninii fruit body of 12.69 mg·g^(-1),which was in close agreement with the predicted value of 12.90 mg·g^(-1),with a relative error of 1.63%.The extraction process examined in this study is highly efficient and energy-saving,making it a viable method for the efficient extraction of Sanghuangporus vaninii polysaccharides.The research results provide a reference basis for the efficient extraction of polysacchride.
