摘  要:菊城白蒜二号是从山东省地方大蒜品种莱芜白蒜中发现的变异株,经提纯复壮、系统选育获得的常规大蒜新品种。该品种生育期220 d左右,植株长势强,株高78 cm左右,假茎粗度1.5 cm左右,叶色浓绿,叶片数7~10片。鳞茎苞片白色,肉白色,蒜头质量45 g左右,蒜瓣9~12瓣,夹子瓣2瓣左右。蒜薹长度50 cm左右,单株蒜薹质量12 g左右。大蒜素含量(w,后同)0.16%、抗坏血酸含量74.8 mg·kg^(-1)、蛋白质含量54.0 g·kg^(-1)、脂肪含量1.0 g·kg^(-1)、锌含量7.9 mg·kg^(-1)、铁含量18.2 mg·kg^(-1)、钙含量118.0 mg·kg^(-1)。适宜在黄淮生态区河南省及周边区域种植。2021年9月通过河南省农作物品种鉴定。Jucheng Baisuan No.2 is a new conventional garlic cultivar developed from a variant strain of the Shandong local cultivar Laiwu baisuan through purification,rejuvenation,and systematic selection.This cultivar exhibits a growth period of 220 d,robust plant vigor,a plant height of 78 cm,a pseudostem diameter of 1.5 cm,and 7-10 dark green leaves.The bulbs are white-skinned with white flesh,averaging 45 g per head,containing 9-12 cloves and 2 small secondary cloves.The garlic scapes measure approximately 50 cm in length,with single scape mass of 12 g.Notably,it demonstrates exceptional nutritional quality:Allicin content is 0.16%,ascorbic acid content is 74.8 mg·kg^(-1),protein content is 54.0 g·kg^(-1),fat content 1.0 g·kg^(-1),and it is rich in mineral profiles including zinc(7.9 mg·kg^(-1)),iron(18.2 mg·kg^(-1)),and calcium(118.0 mg·kg^(-1)).Regional trials confirm its adaptability to the Huang-Huai ecological zone,particularly in Henan province and surrounding areas.
