摘  要:为满足《河南省黄河流域水污染物排放标准》(DB41/2087—2021)要求,洛阳分公司污水处理场需要进行提标改造。尤其是一、二催脱硫脱硝废水、除盐水站中和水等,含盐量高、含氮含氯量高,生化处理难度大,污水稳定达新地标难度大。针对一、二催双脱废水、除盐水站中和废水等难处理高盐含氮废水水质水量特点,在原有工艺流程基础上,2022年通过实施一系列优化改造,成功实现了改造装置开工一次成功,排水稳定达到了新地标要求。In order to meet the requirements of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in the Yellow River Basin of Henan Province(DB41/2087-2021),the sewage treatment plant of Luoyang Branch needs to be upgraded.It is especially difficult to carry out biochemical treatment of wastewater discharged from the first and second catalytic cracking units during the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification processes and neutralized water from the desalting station and so on due to the high salt content,high nitrogen and chlorine content in such kind of wastewater.Achieving stable compliance with the new standard for wastewater poses significant challenges.In this paper,aiming at the characteristics of water quality and quantity of difficult-to-treat high-salt nitrogen wastewater such as the aforementioned wastewater,a series of optimization and upgrading measures were implemented in 2022 based on the original process flow,achieving a successful first-time startup of the revamped facilities and ensuring stable compliance of effluent discharge with the new local standards.
