摘　　要：钢筒混凝土顶管(JRCCP)是一种把钢筒混凝土管的结构特点和顶管施工工艺相结合的一种新型管材,国内外目前尚无相关设计规范和成熟的计算理论可供应用。本文结合钢筒混凝土顶管在南京江北新区综合管廊工程中的应用,在试验段选取2根DN3600的JRCCP管材进行顶进施工阶段和顶进结束后稳定阶段的结构性能监测。本次JRCCP单次顶进长度达300m,现场水压试验及施工期监测表明管材安全可靠,为钢筒混凝土管的推广应用提供了技术和工程参考。Reinforced Concrete Cylinder Pipe for jacking(JRCCP)is a new type of pipe that combines the structural characteristics of reinforced concrete cylinder pipe with the jacking construction method.There are currently no available design specifications and mature calculation theories at home and abroad.In this paper,combined with the application of JRCCP in the utility tunnel in Nanjing Jiangbei new district,two DN3600 JRC-CP pipes were selected in the test section to monitor the structural performance during the jacking construction stage and the static stage after jacking.The single jacking length of the JRCCP was 300m.The on-site water pressure test and construction period monitoring showed that the pipe was safe and reliable.This study provides technical and engineering references for the promotion and application of steel cylinder concrete pipes.
