摘　　要：在中国人口老龄化的背景下,老年尿失禁问题日益严重。尿失禁不仅对患者的生活质量造成了严重影响,还给患者带来了巨大的经济负担和心理压力。本文探讨了我国目前老年尿失禁早期干预面临的挑战和前景,包括如何提高早期诊断率、增强患者的自我管理能力,以及完善对高危人群的早期筛查与预防。随着科技和医疗技术的发展,数字化自我管理手段也为尿失禁的管理提供了新的可能性,可以在医疗资源有限的情况下帮助患者更好地控制病情。本文旨在呼吁社会各界加强对老年尿失禁问题的关注,并推动实施更为系统的研究及管理策略,以帮助改善中国老年人的生活质量。In the context of China s aging population,the issue of urinary incontinence among the elderly is becoming increasingly severe.Urinary incontinence not only significantly impacts patients quality of life,but also imposes a substantial economic burden and psychological stress.This article explores the challenges and prospects of the early intervention of elderly urinary incontinence in China,including improving early diagnosis rates,enhancing patients self-management abilities,and early screening and prevention for high-risk groups.With the advancement of technology and medical innovations,digital self-management tools offer new possibilities for managing urinary incontinence,helping patients to better control their condition,especially when medical resources are limited.Furthermore,this article calls for greater attention from all sectors of the society to address elderly urinary incontinence and promote the implementation of more systematic research and management strategies to improve the quality of life for China s elderly population.
