摘 要:薄壁钢短柱易发生局部屈曲,承载力较低。针对此问题,利用高延性混凝土(high ductile concrete,HDC)对薄壁方钢管短柱进行加固,以提高构件的承载能力和延性。外包HDC加固时,需考虑钢材和HDC之间黏结力较低的问题,因此,拟寻求一种合适的黏结界面处理方式以确保两者的黏结牢固可靠。开展了12根薄壁方钢管短柱轴压试验,其中3根为未加固的钢管柱,9根为采用HDC加固的钢管柱。研究结果表明:薄壁方钢管短柱的破坏模态为局部屈曲,表现为端部破坏而中部没有明显变化,抗压承载力相对较低;而采用HDC加固后,薄壁方钢管短柱的局部屈曲得到延缓,屈曲位置从端部向中部移动,从而显著提高了其抗压承载力。此外,在方钢管尺寸不变的情况下,加固试件的抗压承载力随着加固厚度的增大而提高,当使用相同厚度的HDC加固薄壁方钢管短柱时,其宽厚比越大,加固效果越显著。Thin-walled steel short columns often suffer from local buckling and limited bearing capacity.To address this issue,the HDC was used to reinforce the thin-walled square steel tube short columns,aiming to enhance the bearing capacity and ductility.When outsourcing HDC reinforcement,the problem of low adhesive force between steel and HDC should be considered.So a suitable bonding interface treatment method was found to ensure the bonding firm and reliable.An axial compression test was conducted on 12 thin-walled square steel tube short columns,including 3 unreinforced steel tube columns and 9 steel tube columns reinforced with HDC.The findings indicate that the predominant damage mode of thin-walled square steel tube short column is local buckling,characterized by end damage without significant alteration in the middle section,resulting in relatively low bearing capacity.Conversely,after strengthening by HDC,the local buckling of thin-walled square steel tube short column is delayed,the buckling position moves from the end to the middle section,thereby significantly enhancing the compression bearing capacity.Furthermore,for identical square steel tube dimensions,the compression bearing capacity of reinforced member increases with strengthening thickness.Additionally,when the thicknesses of HDC for thin-walled square steel tube short columns are the same,the larger the width-thickness ratio is,the more significant the reinforcement effect is.
