保温隔声装饰一体免支板研究

摘　　要：近年来,国家大力推广装配式建筑,使其得到了迅猛发展,同时,许多与装配式建筑相关的产品也得到了研发。研发了一种装配式保温隔声装饰一体免支板,该板集结构、保温、隔声、装饰功能于一体。在施工过程中,该板依靠自身刚度,板底可不设置支撑,并且可采用工业化的方式进行批量生产,符合建筑工业化的发展方向。传统的现浇楼板在结构施工过程中需要搭设支撑,在结构层完成后,再进行保温隔声层以及建筑装饰面层的施工,这样会存在多道工序交叉、施工质量难以保证、施工周期较长等缺点,保温隔声装饰一体免支板完全避免了现浇楼板在施工过程中出现的各种问题。In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings,leading to their rapid development and the creation of many related products.A prefabricated integrated support free slab for thermal insulation,sound insulation and decoration,which integrated structure,thermal insulation,sound insulation and decoration,was developed.Relying on the stiffness of the slab itself,the bottom of the slab can be left unsupported during the construction process,and production is carried out in an industrialized manner,which is in line with the development direction of building industrialization.Traditional cast-in-place floor slabs require the installation of supports during the structural construction process.After the completion of the structural layer,the construction of the thermal insulation and sound insulation layer as well as the building decoration surface layer will be carried out.This will result in multiple overlapping processes,difficulty in ensuring construction quality,and a long construction period.The integrated support free slab for thermal insulation,sound insulation and decoration completely avoids various problems that may occur during the construction process of cast-in-place floor slabs.
