摘  要:【目的】分析再造梗丝在制品的化学成分、微观结构和热解特性变化规律。【方法】以关键工序再造梗丝在制品为研究对象,利用成分分析及热重分析等技术研究再造梗丝在加工过程中的理化性质变化规律。【结果】(1)再造梗丝在加工过程中的化学成分含量变化较大,原梗经浸提和气流干燥后,总糖、总氮、烟碱含量显著降低,纤维素含量升高,料液回填后样品的纤维素和半纤维素相对含量均降低,总糖和还原糖含量增加。(2)提取和二级气流干燥后样品较原梗色差值变化明显,但成品再造梗丝能够保持与原始梗丝相似的色泽外观;SEM和BET显示二级气流干燥对在制品的微观孔隙结构有显著的膨胀作用。(3)再造梗丝在制品的热失重过程可分为5个阶段,各样品的阶段失重温度区间和失重率差异明显。提取和二级气流干燥样品在阶段Ⅱ和Ⅲ的失重率均较低,料液回填后样品阶段Ⅱ的失重率与原始梗丝较接近;各样品均在第Ⅳ失重阶段表现出最高的失重速率,提取和二级气流干燥样品阶段Ⅳ的最大失重速率较高,且具有较高的Ti和Tf;成品的综合热解指数高于原始梗丝样品,综合热解特性有所提升。(4)各再造梗丝在制品主要失重阶段的热解过程均符合F1.5级化学反应控制模型,工序加工会影响样品同一失重阶段的热解动力学参数。[Objective]This study aims to analyze the chemical composition,microstructure,and thermal decompose characteristics of reconstituted tobacco cut stem.[Methods]The study focused on key production processes of reconstituted tobacco stems,utilizing composition analysis and thermogravimetric analysis to explore the changes in physicochemical properties during processing.[Results](1)The chemical composition of reconstituted tobacco stems significantly changed during processing.After extraction and airflow drying,the contents of total sugar,total nitrogen,and nicotine decreased significantly,while the cellulose content increased.After the reapplication of the extracted liquid,the relative contents of cellulose and hemicellulose decreased,and the total and reducing sugars increased.(2)The color difference value of the samples after extraction and secondary airflow drying changed significantly compared to the raw stems,but the final reconstituted stems retained a color appearance similar to that of the original stems.SEM and BET analyses showed that secondary airflow drying significantly expanded the micro-porous structure of the in-process samples.(3)The thermal decompose weight loss process of reconstituted tobacco cut stem can be divided into five stages,with notable differences in the temperature range and weight loss rate of each stage.The samples after extraction and secondary airflow drying showed lower weight loss rates in stages II and III,while the sample after reapplying the extracted liquid had a weight loss rate in stage II closer to that of the raw stems.All samples showed the highest weight loss rate in the IV,with the extracted and secondary airflow-dried samples showing higher maximum weight loss rates and higher Ti and Tf values.The overall pyrolysis index of the final product was higher than that of the raw stems,indicating an improvement in comprehensive pyrolysis characteristics.(4)The thermal decomposition process of the main weightless stages of the reconstituted tobacco cut stem during the product
