摘 要:【目的】测量切梗丝机压实切面的压实效果,研究其对切梗丝质量的影响。【方法】采用机器视觉技术对切梗丝机压实切面进行图像获取、点云图转换及Grab Cut分割,并进行全变分提取和标准分转换,实现对切梗丝机压实切面的定量测量,同时应用全变分标准分对切后产品梗签量和切梗丝厚度均匀性进行辅助判定与验证。【结果】(1)全变分标准分P与机器视觉测量值满足P=0.05R_(vB)/R_(v)(x)的关系;(2)全变分标准分P在不同位置的计分变异系数为0.27%~1.29%;针对不同压梗尺寸的物料进行测量时,全变分标准分P测量的变异系数为0.25%~1.37%,该方法准确性符合定量分析要求;(3)随着压实切面全变分标准分P递增,压实切面的压实效果变好,梗签剔除量降低47.15%,梗丝宽度合格率提升21.95%,标偏由0.024 mm降低至0.013 mm。【结论】该方法对压实切面具有可靠的描述能力,能有效评价压实效果,可辅助推断切梗丝质量。To measure the effectiveness of the compaction section on stem-cutters and study its influences on the quality of the cut stems,machine vision technology was used to capture images of the compacting section,convert them into point cloud maps,and apply GrabCut segmentation.Total variation extraction and standard score conversion were performed for the quantitative measurement of the compaction section on the stem-cutter.Besides,standard score of total variation was employed for auxiliary evaluation and verification for the weights of post-cutting slivers and thickness uniformity.The findings are as follows:(1)The total variation standard score P and measurements of machine vision meet the relation P=0.05R_(vB)/R_(v)(x);(2)the coefficient of total variation standard score P in different measurement angles ranges from 0.27%to 1.29%.At the same time,when measuring the stem with different compression sizes,the coefficient of total variation standard score P measured is between 0.25%and 1.37%,indicating that the method meets the accuracy requirements for quantitative analysis;(3)As the total variation standard score PPP increased,the compacting effect of the section improved,the stem removal amount decreased by 47.15%,the stem width qualification rate increased by 21.95%,and the standard deviation reduced from 0.024 mm to 0.013 mm.This method provides reliable descriptive capability for the compacting section and can effectively evaluate the compacting effect,assisting in inferring the quality of cut stems.
