摘　　要：目的:分析药品网络销售违法违规线索核查处置存在的问题,以期提升药品网络销售违法违规线索处置工作效能。方法:通过国家药品网络销售监测平台收集涉及L市相关线索,进行核查处置分析。结果和结论:2020~2024年国家药品网络销售监测平台共接收到L市可疑线索24条,涉及8家药品网络销售第三方平台和18家经营主体。通过分析违法线索处置中存在的问题,提出了落实第三方平台的管理责任、建立快速协查机制、优化处置流程和加强宣贯培训等完善药品网络销售管理体系思考。Objective:This study aims to analyze the issues in the verification and disposal of illegal clues in online drug sales,with a view to improving the efficiency of handling such clues.Methods:Clues related to City L were collected through the national drug network sales monitoring platform,and analyzed for verification and disposal.Results&Conclusion:From 2020 to 2024,the national online drug sales monitoring platform received a total of 24 suspicious clues from City L,involving 8 third-party online drug sales platforms and 18 business entities.Analysis of these issues led to suggestions for improving the online drug sales management system,such as enforcing management responsibility for third-party platforms,establishing a rapid collaborative investigation mechanism,optimizing the disposal process,and strengthening publicity and training.
