摘　　要：急性下肢缺血(ALLI)、尤其发生在腘动脉和膝下动脉者严重威胁人类健康。近年逐渐发展的腔内介人技术已取代外科手术用于治疗ALLI。本文就腔内介入治疗腘动脉及膝下动脉血栓栓塞致ALLI现状进行综述。Acute lower limb ischemia(ALLI),especially in the popliteal and infrapopliteal artery,poses a serious threat to human health.Endovascular intervention technology,which had gradually developed in recent years,replaced surgical intervention for treatment of ALLI.The current status of endovascular intervention therapy for ALLI caused by popliteal and infrapopliteal artery thrombosis and embolization were reviewed in this article.
