摘　　要：少数主动脉瘤具有特殊而明确的病因,以及发病机制、临床表现及影像学特征;早期识别此类病变的影像学特殊征象有助于改善预后。本文就特殊病因所致主动脉瘤影像学特征研究进展进行综述。A minority of aortic aneurysms arise from specific and distinct causes,exhibiting unique pathogenesis,clinical presentations and imaging characteristics.Early recognition of these distinctive signs is conducive to improving prognosis.The research progresses focusing on imaging features of aortic aneurysms associated with special etiologies were reviewed in this article.
