摘  要:电磁流量计在空管状态下的测量结果不能真实反映导电液体的流量,会导致流量测量结果产生严重的偏差。对电磁流量计的空管检测方法进行研究。分别研究了电磁流量计工作在满管状态和空管状态下传感器电极的等效电路模型。设计了信号调理电路,把空管状态和满管状态转换成相应的电压信号。采集传感器电极在不同工况下经信号调理电路输出的信号,并分析信号特点。提出了基于工频干扰信号幅值与励磁切换频率点幅值比值的方法,以识别电磁流量计是否工作在空管状态。使用所提方法分别处理传感器电极在满管状态和空管状态下输出的真实信号。处理结果表明,所提方法可以有效识别传感器管道的空管状态。所提方法可以在不施加任何附加激励的情况下有效且可靠地实现空管检测。The measurement results of electromagnetic flowmeter in the empty pipe state cannot truly reflect the flow of conductive liquid,which may lead to serious deviation of the flow measurement results.The empty pipe detection method of electromagnetic flowmeter is researched.The equivalent circuit model of the sensor electrode of the electromagnetic flowmeter working in the full pipe state and empty pipe state are researched respectively.A signal conditioning circuit is designed to convert the empty pipe state and full pipe state into corresponding voltage signals.The sensor electrode in different working conditions by the signal conditioning circuit output signal is acquired,and the signal characteristics are analyzed.A method based on the ratio of the amplitude of the industrial frequency interference signal to the amplitude of the excitation switching frequency point is proposed to identify whether the electromagnetic flowmeter is working in the empty pipe state.The proposed method is used to process the real signals output from the sensor electrode in the full pipe state and empty pipe state respectively.The processing results show that the proposed method can effectively recognize the empty pipe state of the sensor pipe.The proposed method can effectively and reliably realize empty pipe detection without applying any additional excitation.
