摘  要:叶轮盘是航空发动机的关键部件。叶轮盘的共振问题可能影响发动机的安全运行。目前,叶轮盘叶片固有频率测试多为手工操作。针对某型号航空发动机的叶轮盘叶片的固有频率测试需求,对叶轮盘叶片固有频率的自动化测试方法进行了研究。首先,基于锤击法,设计了自动敲击装置,并配合运动平台,实现了敲击位置的定点与量化控制。然后,通过声音传感器的振动拾取和力传感器的敲击力监控,对叶轮盘的固有频率进行测试。最后,搭建了叶轮盘的固有频率自动化测试硬件平台,开发了叶轮盘叶片的固有频率自动化测试系统,从而实现了叶轮盘叶片测试流程的自动化。试验结果表明,该系统测试的最大相对误差为0.17%,重复性精度为2 Hz。该研究实现了叶轮盘叶片的固有频率自动、准确测试。The impeller disk is a key component of an aero-engine.The resonance problem of the impeller disk may affect the safe operation of the engine.At present,the impeller disk blade intrinsic frequency test is mostly operated manually.In view of the intrinsic frequency test demand of the impeller disk blade of a certain model of aero-engine,the automated testing method of impeller disk blade intrinsic frequency is researched.Firstly,based on the hammering method,an automatic hammering device is designed,and together with the motion platform,the fixed-point and quantitative control of the hammering position is realized.Then,the intrinsic frequency of the impeller disk is tested by vibration pickup from the sound sensor and knock force monitoring from the force sensor.Finally,the hardware platform for automated testing of the intrinsic frequency of the impeller disk is built,and the automated testing system for the intrinsic frequency of the impeller disk blade is developed,so as to realize the automation of the testing process of the impeller disk blade.The test results show that the maximum relative error of the system test is 0.17%,and the repeatability accuracy is 2 Hz.The research realizes the automatic and accurate test of the intrinsic frequency of impeller disk blade.
