摘 要:随着配电台区分布式能源交易、线损治理等业务场景的不断增加,数据质量对配电台区的运营日益重要。为解决含分布式能源配电台区数据质量评估难度大的问题,提出一种基于语义映射的配电台区数据质量评估方法。首先,通过配电台区的业务场景建立知识融合框架,实现配电台区多源异构业务数据框架的融合。其次,采用语义映射方法,将配电台区各类分布式源、网、荷、储设备的数据映射到配电台区知识融合框架中,并基于多类型业务场景对配电台区数据质量进行优化交叉评估。最后,在某示范小区的实例应用中,该方法的配电台区数据质量评估准确率约为99.8%。所提方法能按业务场景对配电台区设备数据进行语义映射,从而提高含分布式能源的配电台区数据评估准确性。该方法能够实现配电台区数据治理的精准评估。With the increasing number of business scenarios such as distributed energy trading and line loss management and other in distribution substations,data quality is increasingly important for the operation of distribution substations.In order to solve the problem of the difficulty in assessing the data quality of distributed energy-containing distribution substations,a semantic mapping-based data quality assessment method for distribution substations is proposed.Firstly,a knowledge fusion framework is established through the business scenarios of the distribution substations to realize the fusion of heterogeneous business data frameworks from multiple sources in the distribution substations.Secondly,a semantic mapping method is used to map the data of various types of distributed source,network,load,and storage devices in the distribution substation into the knowledge fusion framework of the distribution substations,and optimized cross-assessment of the data quality of the distribution substation is performed based on the multi-type business scenarios.Finally,in an example application in a demonstration district,the accuracy of the method's data quality assessment of distribution substations is about 99.8%.The proposed method is capable of semanti mapping distribution substations equipment data by business scenarios,which improves the accuracy of distribution substations data assessment containing distributed energy resources.The method can realize accurate assessment of data governance of distribution substations.
