摘  要:为解决可持续能源系统规划中因模糊性与随机性引发的不确定性问题,提出了一种基于交互式模糊机会约束法的优化模型,通过引入模糊满意度和约束可行度的动态交互机制,量化决策者对风险和满意度的偏好,提供一系列优化方案以应对能源供应、污染物排放及清洁能源政策等多样化场景。以某区域能源系统为例,探讨了不同政策情景对能源结构调整、系统运行成本及减排效果的影响,结果表明:清洁能源比例的提升降低了对化石燃料的依赖度,污染物排放量减少,能源系统的可持续性增强。In order to solve the uncertainty caused by fuzziness and randomness in sustainable energy system planning,an optimization model based on interactive fuzzy chance constraint method is proposed.By introducing the dynamic interaction mechanism of fuzzy satisfaction and constraint feasibility,the model quantifies the preference of decision makers for risk and satisfaction,and provides a series of optimization schemes to deal with diverse scenarios such as energy supply,pollutant discharge and clean energy policy.Taking a regional energy system as an example,this paper discusses the influence of different policy scenarios on energy structure adjustment,system operating cost and emission reduction effect.The results show that with the increase of the proportion of clean energy,the dependence on fossil fuels is significantly reduced,the emission of pollutants is reduced,and the sustainability of the energy system is enhanced.
