摘  要:针对小口径管道内壁防护难的问题,自主研制一套管内壁带载丝电爆喷涂装置,并在内径为φ62 mm的碳钢管内表面进行全管喷涂试验,制备2Cr13马氏体不锈钢涂层。采用SEM、EDS、XRD、硬度测试、摩擦磨损测试、电化学测试对管内壁涂层的宏观、微观形貌、物相组成和性能进行分析。结果表明:自主研制的管内壁喷涂装置运行稳定;涂层和基体之间形成冶金结合界面;涂层为典型的纳米晶结构;涂层硬度较高,并且具有良好的耐磨性能和抗腐蚀性能。In order to solve the problem of difficult protection of the inner wall of small diameter pipes,an electric explosion spraying device for the inner wall of the pipeline was independently developed,and the pipe spraying test on the inner surface of the carbon steel pipe with an inner diameter of φ62 mm was independent developed.The 2Cr13 martensite stainless steel coating was prepared.SEM,EDS,XRD,hardness testing,friction and wear testing,and electrochemical testing were used to analyze the macroscopic and microscopic morphology,phase composition,and performance of the inner wall coating of the pipe.The results show that the self-developed pipe inner wall spraying device operates stably.The metallurgical binding interface is formed between the coating layer and the matrix.The coating is a typical nanocrystalline structure.The coating hardness is high,and has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
