摘 要:研究了球磨3、6、9 h后,SmFeN合金粉末的形貌和相结构及其在2~18 GHz电磁波频率范围内的电磁参数(ε',ε'',μ',μ'')和电磁反射率RL值,进而分析了其电磁损耗机理。结果表明,球磨对粉末的相组成没有影响,粉末的粒径随球磨时间的延长而减小;球磨能够影响SmFeN的光频介电参数,导致介电实部下降,进而增大阻抗值。随着球磨的进行,介电参数实部回升,阻抗值降低,在13~15 GHz处存在介电参数实部下降而磁导率实部上升的介电性能向磁性能的转换,使得阻抗数值在该频宽下降。球磨前,SmFeN粉末的电磁损耗机制为介电驰豫极化损耗和较弱的自然共振损耗;球磨后,两种损耗机制得到增强,并改变了损耗频率,仍然以介电损耗为主。球磨使样品在12~15 GHz改善了电磁匹配,使球磨9 h样品在频率为13.3 GHz下,实现最佳的反射率19.04 dB。The morphology and phase structure of SmFeN alloy powder before and after ball milling for 3 h,6 h and 9 h,its electromagnetic parameters(ε',ε'',μ',μ'')and electromagnetic reflectivity RL values in the frequency range of electromagnetic waves of 2-18 GHz were systematically studied,and the electromagnetic loss mechanisms were discussed.The results show that ball milling has no effect on the phase composition of the powder,the particle size of the powder decreases with the extension of the ball milling time,the ball milling can affect the optical frequency dielectric parameters of SmFeN to lead to a decrease of the real part of permittivity,and then increasing the impedance value,with the progress of the ball milling,the real part of the permittivity rises,the impedance value decreases,and there is a conversion from dielectricity to magnetism at 13-15 GHz,at which the real part of permittivity drops and in the meantime permeability increases sharply so that the impedance value decreases in this wave band.Before ball milling,the electromagnetic loss mechanism of SmFeN powder is dielectric relaxation polarization loss and weak natural resonance loss.The two loss mechanisms are enhanced after ball milling,and the frequencies for the loss are changed,and the dielectric loss is still dominant after ball milling.Ball milling improves electromagnetic matching of the sample at 12-15 GHz,so that the sample ball milling for 9 h,at a frequency of 13.3 GHz,achieves the best reflectivity of 19.04 dB.
