摘  要:通过断口形貌观察、显微组织和力学性能分析对球团矿生产用节Ni低成本耐热铸钢篦板在服役过程中的蠕变断裂、热疲劳开裂失效进行了研究。结果表明:服役过程中发生了δ→γ+σ转变,铁素体比例由65%降低至10%,奥氏体比例由30%增长至85%,大量析出σ有害相导致屈服强度大幅降低106.3 MPa,从而导致篦板失效。The creep fracture and thermal fatigue cracking failure of Ni saving low-cost heat-resistant cast steel grate plate for pellet production were studied by observing the fracture morphology,microstructure and mechanical properties.The results show that the transformation of δ→γ+σ occurs during the service process,the proportion of ferrite decreases from 65% to 10%,the proportion of austenite increases from 30% to 85%.Theσharmful phase results in a significant reduction in the yield strength of 106.3 MPa,resulting in grate failure.
