摘 要:采用直径为1.2 mm的ER2594超级双相不锈钢焊丝进行了多层单道墙体电弧增材试验,并在增材过程中以涂覆的方式引入了BaF作为活性剂,对增材件在构筑方向和沉积方向的显微组织及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:通过在电弧增材过程中添加BaF活性剂,可消除微观组织中的柱状晶,从而降低构筑方向和沉积方向上组织分布的差异性,实现了电弧增材超级双相不锈钢微观组织的均匀化。该方法还显著降低了材料硬度和拉伸性能的各向异性。A multi-layer single-pass wall arc additive experiment was conducted using ER2594 super duplex stainless steel wire with a diameter of 1.2 mm.BaF as an activator was introduced in a coated form during the additive process.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the additive components in both the build direction and deposition direction were analyzed.The results indicate that the addition of BaF as an activator during the arc additive eliminates columnar grains in the microstructure,thereby reducing the heterogeneity in the distribution of the microstructure along the build and deposition directions,which achieves a homogenization of the microstructure in the arc-additive super duplex stainless steel.The method also significantly reduces the anisotropy in material hardness and tensile properties.
