摘 要:对4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1模具钢进行了Ce变质处理,采用显微组织观察、硬度测试、拉伸试验等研究了不同Ce添加量对4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1模具钢铸态组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:未变质的4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1钢铸态组织粗大,晶界处的碳化物及夹杂物呈网状聚集,组织偏析严重。Ce元素对4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1钢具有良好的变质效果,Ce添加量为0.04wt%的试验钢组织细化效果最好,偏析改善最为明显。随着Ce元素添加量的增加,试验钢的硬度和抗拉强度先升高后降低,伸长率先降低后升高再降低。Ce添加量为0.04wt%的4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1钢硬度、抗拉强度均达到最高,塑性也在较高水平,综合力学性能最佳。4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1 die steel was subjected to Ce modification.The effects of different amount of Ce on the as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of 4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1 die steel were investigated by microstructure obser-vation,hardness test and tensile test.The results show that the as-cast microstructure of 4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1 steel without modification is coarse,and the carbides and inclusions at the grain boundaries are aggregated in network,and the microstructure segregation is serious.Ce element has a good metamorphic effect on 4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1 steel.The test steel with 0.04wt%Ce has the best microstructure refinement effect and the segregation improvement is the most obvious.With the increase of Ce element,the hardness and tensile strength of the test steel first increase and then decrease,and the elongation first decreases and then increases and then decreases.The hardness and tensile strength of 4Cr5MoSiV1Sr1W1 steel with 0.04wt%Ce are highest,and the plasticity is also at a high level,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are best.
