摘 要:研究了盾构机盘形滚刀刀圈材料合金成分设计和热处理工艺优化,采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了刀圈的铸态、热处理态组织及摩擦磨损形貌,利用摩擦磨损设备进行了耐磨性能实验。结果表明:随着Nb元素的添加,铸态组织凝固偏析减少,组织明显细化;热处理后组织晶粒细化均匀,偏析现象基本消除;不含Nb的试样摩擦磨损形貌以犁沟磨损为主;含0.01wt%~0.02wt%Nb的试样摩擦磨损形貌以粘着磨损为主;含0.04wt%~0.05wt%Nb的试样摩擦磨损形貌既有犁沟磨损,又存在粘着磨损,其摩擦磨损后磨损量和深度尺寸变化均最少,其耐磨性能相对较好。The design of alloy composition and the optimization of heat treatment process for shield machine disc shaped hobring were studied.The as-cast and heat treatment state microstructure,and friction wear morphology of ring were analyzed by using optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The wear resistance experiments were performed using friction wear equipment.The results show that with the addition of Nb element,the solidification segregation of the as-cast microstructure decreases and the microstructure is obviously refined.After heat treatment,the grain refinement is uniform and segregation is basically eliminated.The friction and wear morphology of the sample without Nb is dominated by furrow wear,and that of the sample with 0.01wt%-0.02wt%Nb is dominated by adhesive wear.The friction and wear morphology of the sample with 0.04wt%-0.05wt%Nb is both furrow wear and adhesive wear,and the wear amount and depth of 3 sample change the least after friction and wear,and the wear resistance is relatively good.
