摘 要:[目的]铁尾矿库土壤性质差,植被成活率低,需要有效措施进行生态复垦。古龙酸母液(G)和木霉菌(M)能够为铁尾矿库修复提供低分子量有机酸和微生物。[方法]将古龙酸母液和木霉菌联合施用(GM)于铁尾矿库土壤中,通过盆栽试验种植黑麦草,测定黑麦草的生长生理指标、土壤养分含量、土壤酶活性和土壤细菌群落结构,明确GM联合施用对铁尾矿库生态复垦的可行性。[结果]与对照相比,GM联施处理将铁尾矿渣黑麦草的生物量显著提高39.9%,将叶片可溶性糖含量显著提高62.5%,将叶片丙二醛含量显著降低45.5%,这3个指标且显著好于两个单施处理,说明二者具有协同效应。GM联施处理将铁尾矿库土壤有效磷和速效钾含量分别显著提高1.53倍和0.21倍,将土壤酶综合指数显著提高9.01倍,在上述速效养分含量和酶活性指标上也具有协同效应。GM联施重塑了土壤细菌群落结构,提高了有益细菌门类和属类的丰度水平,协同提高了土壤细菌的总丰度和多样性。[结论]相比于单施,GM联施能够进一步提高铁尾矿渣速效养分含量、酶活性,改善土壤细菌结构,增加植物抗逆性,最终促进植物生物量进一步提高,协同作用明显,适合用于铁尾矿库以提高复垦效果。[Objective]Iron tailing ponds with poor soil properties and low vegetation survival rate need effective measures for ecological reclamation.[Methods]Residue after evaporation of industrial vitamin C production(G)and Trichoderma(M)can provide low molecular weight organic acids and microorganisms for the rehabilitation of iron tailings ponds.In this paper,residue after evaporation and Trichoderma were applied to iron tailings pond soil,and ryegrass was planted through potting experiments,and the growth physiological indexes of ryegrass,content of soil nutrients,activity of soil enzymes,and structure of soil bacterial communities were measured,so that it is clear that the combination(GM)of residue after evaporation and Trichoderma can be useful for the ecological recultivation of iron tailing pond ecological reclamation feasibility.[Results]The results showed that compared with the control,the GM combined treatment significantly increased the biomass of ryegrass in iron tailing pond soil by 39.9%,increased the leaf soluble sugar content by 62.5%,and reduced the leaf MDA content by 45.5%,and above indicators were significantly better than the two single treatments,indicating synergistic effect between G and M treatments.The GM combined treatment significantly increased the effective phosphorus and quick-acting potassium content of slag by 1.53 times and 0.21 times,respectively,and the soil enzyme composite index by 9.01 times,which also had synergistic effects on the quick-acting nutrient content and enzyme activity indexes mentioned above,and the GM combined treatment remodeled the structure of the soil bacterial community,increased the abundance of beneficial bacterial phyla and genera,and synergistically increased the total abundance and diversity of soil bacteria.[Conclusion]The above results showed that compared with single application,GM combined application could further increase the fast-acting nutrient content and enzyme activity of iron tailing slag,improve the soil bacterial structure,increase plant resist
