摘  要:软岩颗粒破碎特性对路基填料路用性能具有重要影响。通过构建考虑岩质矿物组分的等效晶质模型(GBM),开展模拟软岩颗粒点荷载强度和压碎值试验的离散元仿真,分析元素单元间黏结强度细观参数与点荷载强度I_(s)、压碎值CA的映射关系;采用正交设计方法,讨论土体结构、颗粒强度、填料密度3因素影响软岩填料CA的主次关系。研究表明:GBM能较好描述非均质软岩颗粒沿非最小截面破坏的特征;I_(s)主要受矿物间元素黏结折减系数α_(1)影响,CA决定于晶格内元素黏结折减系数α_(2);土体结构为影响路基填料软岩颗粒破碎的主导因素,颗粒强度、堆积密度次之。路基软岩填料宜采用骨架密实型土体结构及较高的压实指标,以增强抗破碎能力。The crushing characteristics of soft rock particles significantly impact the performance of subgrade filling.Employing grain-based model incorporating rock mineral components,discrete element simulations were conducted to replicate point loading and crushing value tests on soft rock particles and to analyze the mapping relationships between microscopic parameters of interelement bonding strength and point load strength(I_(s)),crushing value(CA).Applying the orthogonal design method,the primary-secondary relationships of three factors of soil structure,particle strength,and packing density on CA of soft rock fill materials were discussed.The study reveals that grain-based model effectively describes the heterogeneous characteristics of soft rock particles along the non-minimum cross-section during failure.Is is primarily influenced by the mineral interelement bonding reduction coefficient(α_(1)),while CA is determined by the bonding reduction coefficient of elements within the lattice(α_(2)).Soil structure emerges as the dominant factor influencing the soft rock particle crushing,followed by particle strength and packing density.Adopting a skeleton-dense soil structure and higher compaction standards for subgrade soft rock filling can enhance their resistance to crushing.
