摘 要:针对高比例可再生能源接入配电网增加对灵活性资源的需求,以及多元灵活性资源控制复杂度升高的问题,本文提出一种考虑灵活性的交直流配电网多时间尺度分布式优化运行策略。首先,对包含多元灵活性资源的配电网灵活性供需关系进行分析,建立配电网与微电网的灵活性供需模型,有助于实现对运行灵活性的精细化评估;其次,建立考虑灵活性的交直流配电网多时间尺度调度框架,分别构建日前调度、日内滚动调度和实时修正3个阶段的优化模型,满足不同时间尺度上的灵活性需求,采用同步型交替方向乘子法实现各区域间的协调优化;最终,采用一个51节点交直流配电网验证了所提方法可以有效降低运行成本,保证运行期间的灵活性。Aimed at the problem that the high proportion of renewable energy connected to a distribution network in-creases the demand for flexibility resources as well as the growing complexity in the control of multiple flexibility re-sources,a multi-timescale distributed operation optimization strategy for AC/DC distribution network is proposed in this paper considering flexibility.First,the relationship between flexibility supply and demand within a distribution network incorporating various flexibility resources is analyzed,and a flexibility supply and demand model for both the distribu-tion network and microgrid is established,facilitating a refined assessment of operational flexibility.Second,a multi-timescale scheduling framework for AC/DC distribution network considering flexibility is established,and the optimiza-tion models at stages of day-ahead scheduling,intra-day rolling scheduling and real-time correction are constructed re-spectively to meet the flexibility demand on different timescales.Moreover,a synchronous alternating direction method of multipliers is used to achieve coordinated optimization among various regions.Finally,a 51-node AC/DC distribution network is employed to validate the proposed method,and results demonstrate that this method can effectively reduce operational costs while ensuring the operational flexibility.
