摘  要:在“双碳”目标背景下,输电网与配电网间耦合关系逐渐增强,需进行输配协同调度。针对这一问题,提出一种考虑新能源不确定性单峰-偏度信息的输配系统分布式分布鲁棒优化调度方法,旨在提升调度结果的经济性及应对实际通信条件下的丢包问题。首先,为提升调度结果的经济性,基于单峰性信息、偏度信息与二阶矩信息的模糊集,构建考虑新能源不确定性单峰-偏度信息的输配协同调度模型。其次,由于分布鲁棒调度模型复杂且难以直接求解,基于对偶理论,将目标函数与联合机会约束转化为确定性的重构模型。然后,针对现实通信条件下可能发生的丢包问题,基于Peaceman-Rachford分裂理论与二元概率分布,提出一种考虑通信丢包的松弛交替方向乘子法分布式算法。最后,进行案例仿真,仿真结果表明,所提方法能够提升调度结果的经济性,并在丢包环境下实现分布式协同调度。In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the coupling relationship between transmission and distribution networks is gradually strengthened,necessitating coordinated scheduling between transmission and dis-tribution systems.In this paper,a distributed distributionally robust optimization scheduling method for transmission and distribution systems considering the unimodality-skewness information about renewable energy uncertainty is pro-posed,which aims to improve the economic efficiency of scheduling results and address the packet loss issues under re-al communication conditions.First,to enhance the economic efficiency of scheduling results,a coordinated scheduling model for transmission and distribution systems based on the fuzzy set of unimodality,skewness and second-order mo-ment information is constructed with the consideration of the unimodality-skewness information about renewable energy uncertainty.Second,since the distributionally robust scheduling model is complex and difficult to solve directly,the duality theory is applied to transform the objective function and joint chance constraints into a deterministic reformulat-ed model.Third,to address the possible packet loss issues under real communication conditions,a relaxed alternating direction method of multipliers distributed algorithm considering communication packet loss is put forward based on the Peaceman-Rachford splitting theory and a binary probability distribution.Finally,simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the economic efficiency of scheduling results and achieve distributed coordinated scheduling in an environment with packet loss.
