摘 要:某电站为低水头径流式电站,汛期实际运行过程中,受汛限水位、库区防洪要求、下游湾塘水位顶托、拦污排前杂物淤堵造成的水头损失等因素影响,机组经常在额定水头以下运行,机组振动剧烈对紧固件及结构部件运行安全带来了较大影响。为了保证电站机组的安全运行,对该电站5号机组深入开展低水头以下运行稳定性分析研究。选取3个特征水头开展现场稳定性试验,通过对测试数据的分析,评估机组在低水头下运行稳定性,划分机组的振动区,为机组低水头运行提供技术支撑。In a low-head run-of-river power station,flood season operations are frequently impacted by factors such as flood control level,reservoir flood control requirements,downstream pond backwater effects,and head loss caused by blockage of debris in front of the trash rack.Consequently,the units often operate below their rated head,leading to severe vibrations that can jeopardize the safety of fasteners and structural components.To ensure the safe operation of the units at the power station,an in-depth analysis of the operating stability at low head was conducted for Unit 5.Three characteristic heads were selected for on-site stability tests.The test data were analyzed to evaluate the unit's stability under low heads,identify vibration zones,and provide technical support for its low head operation.
