摘  要:为了探究不同的外源激素对截干后云南松苗木生物量的影响,以2 a生云南松苗木为研究对象,截干后喷施不同浓度的外源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)和玉米素(ZT),并测定苗木各器官的生物量(根、茎、萌条),分析外源激素喷施对生物量及云南松异速生长的影响。结果显示:云南松萌条生物量积累对T3处理(0 mg·L^(-1) IAA+150 mg·L^(-1) ZT)表现出了积极的响应,而在萌条生物量占比方面,T4处理(150 mg·L^(-1) IAA+0 mg·L^(-1) ZT)和T8处理(300 mg·L^(-1) IAA+50 mg·L^(-1) ZT)高于其他处理组,并且云南松苗木各器官生物量间异速生长关系在不同处理中有着不同的表现。综合分析表明:T3处理对云南松苗木截干后生物量的促进较好,ZT在云南松萌条生长发育方面发挥着重要作用。Two-year-old seedlings were studied to investigate the effects of two different exogenous hormones on the biomass of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings after decapitation.After decapitation,different concentrations of the exogenous hormones indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and zeatin(ZT)were sprayed,and the biomass of various organs of the seedlings was measured.The impact of exogenous hormone application on biomass and allometric growth of P.yunnanensis was analyzed.The results showed that the biomass accumulation of P.yunnanensis shoots responded positively to the T3 treatment(0 mg·L^(-1) IAA,150 mg·L^(-1) ZT).Regarding the proportion of shoot biomass,the T4 treatment(150 mg·L^(-1) IAA,0 mg·L^(-1) ZT)and the T8 treatment(300 mg·L^(-1) IAA,50 mg·L^(-1) ZT)were higher than the other treatment groups.Furthermore,the allometric growth relationships among the biomass of various organs of P.yunnanensis seedlings exhibited different patterns under different treatments.Comprehensive analysis indicated that the T3 treatment was the most effective in promoting biomass after decapitation of P.yunnanensis seedlings,with zeatin playing a crucial role in the growth and development of P.yunnanensis shoot branching.
