摘　　要：本文首先从理论上论述了产业集群的相关概念,以准确规范的分析方法综述了前人的理论成果,并采用问卷调查方式从行业结构、地区分布等角度准确把握咸阳市中医药产业集群发展状况,运用一系列科学分析方法对咸阳市中医药产业集群发展进行研究和分析,对咸阳市中医药产业集群的优势、劣势、机会、挑战等内外环境以及资源要素进行研究和分析,充分认识到咸阳市中医药产业集群发展存在的问题和不足。最后,在上述分析研究基础上,把AHP层次分析法运用到SWOT分析中,对咸阳市中医药产业集群发展过程中各种影响因素进行了科学分析并提出了相应发展战略。This paper first discusses the relevant concepts of industrial clusters theoretically,summarizes the theoretical achievements of predecessors with accurate and standardized analysis methods,and uses the questionnaire survey method to accurately grasp the development status of traditional Chinese medicine industrial cluster in Xianyang City from the perspective of industry structure and regional distribution.It uses a series of scientific analysis methods to study and analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine industrial cluster in Xianyang City,and studies and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,challenges and other internal and external environment and resource elements of Xianyang traditional Chinese medicine industrial cluster,and fully recognizes the problems and shortcomings in the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry cluster in Xianyang City.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and research,the AHP hierarchy analysis method is applied to SWOT analysis,and various influencing factors in the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry clusters in Xianyang City are scientifically analyzed and corresponding development strategies are proposed.
