摘　　要：济宁市医疗机构制剂领域以公立医疗机构为主导,私营医疗机构为补充,呈现出多元化发展态势。现有制剂品种丰富,医保政策支持下市场前景广阔。但生产工艺、市场环境、质量管理及人才短缺等问题仍制约其发展。本文通过分析济宁市医疗机构制剂的现状与挑战,提出了优化生产工艺、适应市场变化、完善质量体系和加强人才建设的创新发展路径,以期推动济宁市医疗机构制剂的高质量发展。the pharmaceutical field of Jining Medical institutions is dominated by public medical institutions and supplemented by private medical institutions,showing a diversified development trend.The existing preparations are rich in varieties and have broad market prospects under the support of medical insurance policies.However,problems such as production technology,market environment,quality management and talent shortage still restrict its development.By analyzing the current situation and challenges of preparations in Jining Medical institutions,this paper puts forward the innovative development path of optimizing production process,adapting to market changes,improving quality system and strengthening talent construction,in order to promote the high-quality development of preparations in Jining Medical institutions.
