摘 要:为探究供水系统中溶解性有机质(DOM)对饮用水微生物群落结构和生物稳定性的影响,综合采用三维荧光-平行因子分析、高通量测序和统计分析等方法对中国南方某市供水系统进行了研究。结果表明,供水系统水体腐殖化程度低,自生源特征明显,DOM主要由陆源类腐殖质、紫外光区类富里酸物质和色氨酸类蛋白三种荧光组分构成,水处理的过滤单元优先去除类腐殖荧光组分。水处理对微生物群落起到了显著的重塑作用,对水中的微生物和可生物同化有机碳的平均去除率分别为98.5%和89.0%,微生物的多样性和丰富度随处理流程逐级下降。微生物群落结构、多样性和稳定性与DOM组分及特征指数具有密切的相互作用,微生物能有效利用类蛋白组分进行代谢,而类腐殖质组分能够反映饮用水的生物稳定性(p<0.05)。For the exploration of the effects of dissolved organic matter(DOM)on the struc-ture and biostability of drinking water microbial communities in water supply system(WSS),high-throughput sequencing,EEM-PARAFAC,and statistical analysis were used to study the WSS in a city in southern China.The results showed that DOM in WSS has low humification degree and au-togenesis characteristics.DOM mainly consists of terrestrial humus,fulvic acid in the ultraviolet region,and tryptophan protein.The filtration unit preferentially removes the humic-like sub-stances.What's more,the water treatment provided a significant remodeling of the microbial com-munity,with an average removal of 98.5%and 89.0%of microbial and assimilable organic carbon(AOC)from the water,respectively,and the diversity and richness of microorganisms decreased with the treatment process.Microbial community structure,diversity,and stability of microbial communities closely interact with DOM components and characteristic indexes,microorganisms can effectively use protein-like components for metabolism,and humus-like components can reflect the biological stability of drinking water(p<0.05).This study provides theoretical support for the effectiveness of the water treatment process and water quality improvement in WSS,which is of practical significance.
