摘  要:沿海城市某全地下式污水处理厂设计规模为30万m^(3)/d,设计出水水质要求达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)类Ⅳ类标准。项目进水以生活污水为主,含有约35%的工业废水,其中海藻加工企业废水约3.5万m^(3)/d,进水中溶解性难降解COD占比高于常规污水处理厂,处理难度大。根据进水特点,将进水主管进行改造,实现进水和工艺流线相对独立,出水混合。介绍了该厂的工艺流程、主要构筑物和系统的设计、并总结了工程中亮点。An underground wastewater treatment plant in a coastal city is designed with a daily processing capacity of 30×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The design effluent quality meets the surface water Class IV standard.The water intake of the wastewater plant is mainly domestic sewage,containing about 35%industrial wastewater,among which the wastewater from seaweed processing enterprises is a-bout 35 000 m^(3)/d,and the proportion of COD in the water is higher than that of conventional wastewater plants,which is difficult to treat.According to the characteristics of the inlet water,the inlet main pipe will be modified to achieve relative independence between the inlet water and the process flow line,and to mix the outlet water.Introduced the process flow,main structures and system design of the factory,and summarized the highlights of the project.
