摘  要:以陕西省西安市两个普通住宅小区为研究对象进行实测调研,通过对近年来的居民用水量的监测和统计,分析小区年总用水量、不同季节居民用水量的变化规律,并探讨其影响因素。结果表明,住宅小区的居民用水量在不同年、不同季节之间存在较大差异,具体影响因素包括小区入住率、气候差异和各季节用水习惯等,其中各季节用水习惯是造成居民用水量季节性差异的主要原因。研究结果为住宅小区二次供水系统的设计、节能降碳改造和运行管理提供了理论基础。This article conducts field research on two ordinary residential communities in Xi'an,Shaanxi province.Through monitoring and statistics of residents'water consumption in re-cent years,the article analyzes the annual total water consumption of the communities and the changes in residents'water consumption in different seasons,and explores their influencing factors.The results indicate that there are significant differences in the water consumption of residents in residential communities between different years and seasons,with specific influencing factors including occupancy rates,climate differences,and water usage habits in each season.Among them,water usage habits in each season are the main reason for the seasonal differences in residents'water consumption.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the energy-saving and carbon reduction design,renovation,and operation management of secondary water supply systems in residential communities.
