苗药特色疗法外用治疗下肢静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苗药祛瘀通络膏及苗药封包特色疗法治疗下肢静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合条件的60例下肢静脉炎的患者随机分为两组,对照组采用苗药祛瘀通络膏治疗,观察组在此基础上加用苗药封包特色疗法治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者局部皮温、压痛、肿胀等临床表现,观察组较对照组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:苗药祛瘀通络膏加苗药封包特色疗法外用治疗下肢静脉炎疗效确切,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Miao medicine Quyu Tongluo Cream and the Miao medicine sealing and wrapping therapy in treating lower limb phlebitis.Methods:60 patients with lower limb phlebitis who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Qiuyu Tongluo Plaster,while the observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine sealing and wrapping therapy in addition to the Qiuyu Tongluo Plaster.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The clinical manifestations of local skin temperature,tenderness,and swelling in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of the Miao medicine Quyu Tongluo Cream combined with the Miao medicine sealing and wrapping characteristic therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on lower limb phlebitis,and is worthy of promotion.
