摘 要:目的:了解D型人格医学生孤独感、自尊和自卑现状,为大学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法:采用D型人格量表(DS14)、UCLA孤独量表、自尊量表(SES)和自卑感量表(FIS)对贵州某医高专1430名在校学生进行问卷调查。结果:医学生D型人格检出率为47.06%,在年级、性别和是否独生子女维度上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);NA、SI因子分分别为(10.79±5.43)和(11.85±5.06),在年级和性别维度上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);D型人格医学生的孤独感和自卑总分高于非D型人格学生(P<0.05),自尊总分低于非D型人格学生(P<0.05);NA、SI因子与孤独感和自卑呈正相关(P<0.05),与自尊呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:D型人格医学生更易产生孤独感和自卑心理,自尊水平总体较低,应采取针对性干预措施开展心理健康教育,减少D型人格特质对身心健康的影响。Objective:To understand the current status of loneliness,self-esteem,and inferiority among medical students with Type D personality,providing a scientific basis for college student mental health education.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted using the DS14 Type D Personality Scale,UCLA Loneliness Scale,Self-Esteem Scale(SES),and Feelings of Inferiority Scale(FIS)among 1,430 students at a medical higher vocational school in Guizhou.Results:The detection rate of Type D personality among medical students was 47.06%,with statistically significant differences across grade level,gender,and whether they were an only child(P<0.05).The NA and SI factor scores were(10.79±5.43)and(11.85±5.06)respectively,showing statistically significant differences across grade level and gender(P<0.05).Medical students with Type D personality scored higher in loneliness and feelings of inferiority and lower in self-esteem compared to those without Type D personality(P<0.05).The NA and SI factors positively correlated with loneliness and inferiority(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with self-esteem(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical students with Type D personality are more prone to feelings of loneliness and inferiority,with overall lower levels of self-esteem.Targeted intervention measures should be implemented to promote mental health education and reduce the impact of Type D personality traits on physical and mental health.
