摘　　要：数字经济为提升成渝地区双城经济圈产业链现代化水平提供了重要机遇。立足于数字经济快速发展的时代背景,从数字经济与产业链深度融合、协同发展两个层面系统分析了数字经济赋能产业链现代化的理论逻辑。全面剖析当前成渝地区双城经济圈产业链现代化面临的数字基础设施底座不牢、数字创新生态体系脆弱和数字产业协同发展滞后、产业数字化转型能力弱等现实困境。为充分发挥数字经济的赋能作用,进一步分析以数据要素市场化为市场动力、数字创新为成长动力、数字平台为保障动力、数实融合发展为融通动力的动力机制。鉴于此,在路径选择上,应夯实产业链协同发展的顶层设计,增强产业链的数字基础能力,强化产业链的数字平台支撑,提高产业链的数实融合水平,提升产业链韧性和安全水平,优化产业链错位协同发展新格局。The digital economy provides new opportunities for enhancing the modernization level of industrial chains in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.Based on the context of the rapid development of the digital economy,this study systematically analyzes the theoretical logic of how the digital economy empowers the modernization of industrial chains from two perspectives:deep integration and collaborative development between the digital economy and industrial chains.It comprehensively examines the current challenges faced by the modernization of industrial chains in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,including inadequate digital infrastructure,a fragile digital innovation ecosystem,lagging collaborative development of digital industries,and weak capabilities for industrial digital transformation.To fully leverage the enabling role of the digital economy,this study further analyzes the dynamic mechanisms driven by the marketization of data elements as market momentum,digital innovation as growth momentum,digital platforms as support momentum,and the integrated development of digital and real economy as integration momentum.In view of this,in terms of path selection,it is necessary to consolidate the top-level design for collaborative industrial chain development,enhance digital infrastructure capabilities for industrial chains,reinforce digital platform support for industrial chains,improve the integration level of the digital and real economy in industrial chains,enhance industrial chain resilience and security,and optimize the new pattern of collaborative industrial chain development with differentiated positioning.
