摘　　要：在城市更新成为存量规划关键选择的背景下,以单个小区为主体的老旧小区改造模式在存量资源挖潜、交通与基础设施系统改造、建设管理、城市风貌传承等方面存在着挑战。本文以阿克苏市小南街片区化改造项目为例,阐述该项目在片区化的具体实践和做法,旨在为城市老旧小区改造提供创新思路,推动民生改善和城市高质量发展。In the context that urban renewal has become a key choice in stock planning,the renovation model for individual old urban residential areas faces challenges in aspects such as tapping stock resources,renovating transportation and infrastructure systems,construction management,and inheriting urban landscapes.Taking the cluster renovation project of Xiaonan Street in Aksu City as an example,this paper describes the specific practices and measures of this project in cluster renovation.The aim is to provide innovative ideas for the renovation of old residential areas and promote the improvement of people’s livelihoods and the high-quality urban development.
