经验性回避在冠心病病人社会支持与运动恐惧之间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病病人经验性回避、社会支持与运动恐惧的中介效应关系。方法:选择228例冠心病病人作为研究对象。采用社会支持评定量表、接纳与行动量表第二版和心脏病病人运动恐惧量表对病人进行测评。结果:冠心病病人社会支持得分(36.87±6.56)分,经验性回避得分(24.58±3.39)分,运动恐惧总分(41.17±5.31)分。运动恐惧与社会支持呈明显负相关关系(r=-0.570,P<0.01),运动恐惧与经验性回避呈明显正相关关系(r=0.572,P<0.01),社会支持与经验性回避呈明显负相关关系(r=-0.610,P<0.01)。经验性回避是社会支持与运动恐惧间的中介变量,中介效应为-0.205,占总效应的29.2%。结论:经验性回避在冠心病病人社会支持与运动恐惧间存在中介效应,社会支持可通过经验性回避间接影响冠心病病人运动恐惧水平,提示医护人员应联合家庭、社会资源为冠心病病人提供全面支持,降低经验性回避水平,从而缓解病人运动恐惧,促进病人运动康复。Objective:To explore the mediating effect of experiential avoidance,social support and kinesiophobia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 228 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the study subjects,and evaluated using social support rating scale,acceptance and action questionnaire 2nd edition and Tampa scale for kinesiophobia heart.Results:The social support score of patients with coronary heart disease was(36.87±6.56)points,the experiential avoidance score was(24.58±3.39)points,and the total score of kinesiophobia was(41.17±5.31)points.Kinesiophobia was significantly negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.570,P<0.01),kinesiophobia was significantly positively correlated with experiential avoidance(r=0.572,P<0.01),and social support was significantly negatively correlated with experiential avoidance(r=-0.610,P<0.01).Experiential avoidance played a mediating role in social support and kinesiophobia,and the mediating effect was-0.205,accounting for 29.2%of the total effect.Conclusions:Experiential avoidance plays a mediating role between social support and kinesiophobia in patients with coronary heart disease.Social support can indirectly affect the level of kinesiophobia in patients with coronary heart disease through experiential avoidance.It is suggested that medical staffs should provide comprehensive support for patients with coronary heart disease in conjunction with family and social resources,to reduce the level of experiential avoidance,so as to alleviate kinesiophobia of patients and promote the exercise rehabilitation of patients.
