摘 要:为明确贺兰山石灰石废弃矿山植被恢复中土壤基质的适宜使用量,以自主研发的土壤基质(用腐熟秸秆、γ-聚谷氨酸发酵液、γ-聚谷氨酸水凝胶和固沙剂等制备)为试验材料,研究不同使用量对土壤化学性质、土壤微生物、土壤酶活性及植被恢复生长的影响。结果表明:施用土壤基质对植物恢复及土壤改良均具有显著影响。土壤含水量、可培养细菌、真菌、放线菌数量、土壤脲酶、植被盖度、数量、株高等随土壤基质施用量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,均在土壤基质使用量为4500 kg·hm^(-2)(T3)时达最大值。研究结果可为提高贺兰山露天矿区生态恢复治理和提高废弃物的资源化利用效率提供技术支撑。In order to determine the appropriate amount of soil matrixused in the vegetation restoration of the abandoned limestone mine in Helan Mountain,the soil matrix(prepared with decomposed straw,γ-polyglutamic acid fermentation solution,γ-polyglutamic acid hydrogel and sand fixing agent,etc.)independently developed was used as experimental materials to study the effects of different amounts of soil matrixon soil chemical properties,soil microorganisms,soil enzyme activities and vegetation restoration and growth.The results showed that the application of soil matrix had significant effects on plant recovery and soil improvement.Soil water content,the number of culturable bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes,soil urease,vegetation coverage,number and height of plants increased first and then decreased with the increase of soil matrix application,and all reached the maximum value when soil matrix application was 4500 kg·hm^(-2)(T3).The research results can provide technological support for improving the ecological restoration and management of Helan Mountain open-pit mining area and improving the resource utilization efficiency of waste.
