城镇供水工程环境影响预测及保护措施分析

摘　　要：托里县庙尔沟镇金塔区供水工程位于托里县境内的柳树沟河上,是一座以城镇生活和工业用水为主、兼顾绿化用水的综合供水工程,该工程建设时将改变所在区域的环境。为研究该工程建设对环境造成的影响,在评价工程所在区域内环境现状的基础上,采用分类法分析和预测了该工程施工期对区域水环境、生态环境等造成的不利影响,并有针对性地总结并提出了水环境、生态环境等保护措施。通过提出问题和制定对策,论证了通过系统规划、科学地采取环保措施可减轻金塔区供水工程对环境造成的负面影响。Jinta District Water Supply Project in Miaoergou Town,Tori County is located on the Liushugou River in Tori County.It is a comprehensive water supply project that mainly uses urban and industrial water,while also considering green water.The construction of this project will change the environment of the area.To study the impact of the construction project on the environment,based on the evaluation of the current environmental situation in the project area,this paper uses a classification method to analyze and predict the adverse effects of the construction period on the regional water environment,ecological environment,etc.,and summarizes and proposes targeted protection measures for water environment,ecological environment,etc.By raising questions and formulating countermeasures,it has been demonstrated that the negative impact of the Jinta District water supply project on the environment can be reduced through systematic planning and scientific adoption of environmental protection measures.
